We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for digital products purchased from Liga Marketing.
1. 14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date by emailing hello@ligamarketing.com with your order number and a brief reason for the request.
After 14 days, sales are considered final, except where a longer refund right is required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
2. How refunds are processed
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any sales tax / VAT collected on the original purchase is refunded together with the product price.
3. What is not refundable
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- Purchases where there is clear evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of the license terms (e.g. redistribution of the product).
- Bundled or custom-tailored services already delivered or performed in full.
4. Access after a refund
When a refund is approved, the license granted in our Terms of Service ends automatically. You must stop using the product and delete any downloaded copies from your devices and accounts.
5. EU / UK digital content notice
For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom: by purchasing and downloading a digital product immediately, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, under EU and UK consumer law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content is lost once the download begins. Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee above is offered voluntarily on top of your statutory rights.
6. Chargebacks
If you have any issue with your purchase, please contact us first. We'll do our best to resolve it. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay the process.
