These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website ligamarketing.com and the purchase of digital products from Liga Marketing ("Liga Marketing", "we", "us" or "our"), a sole trader. By visiting the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
Liga Marketing sells digital products, including downloadable PDF guides such as the AI Business Growth Toolkit. Products are delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are charged in USD to all customers worldwide. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added by our Merchant of Record at checkout based on your billing location.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (the "Merchant of Record"), which handles the transaction, invoicing, and tax collection on our behalf. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.
3. Delivery and access
Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment via a download link and/or email. You are responsible for ensuring the email address you provide is correct and that you can receive emails from our domain.
4. License
Subject to your payment of the applicable fees, Liga Marketing grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the purchased digital product for your own personal or internal business use.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the product publicly or with third parties.
- Upload the product to any public website, file-sharing service, or AI training set.
- Modify or create derivative works for commercial resale.
- Remove or alter any copyright, branding, or proprietary notices.
5. Intellectual property
All content, design, text, graphics, and materials on the Site and within the digital products are the property of Liga Marketing and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Disclaimer
Our digital products provide educational and informational content. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice and do not guarantee any specific business result. You are solely responsible for how you apply the materials and for the outcomes you achieve.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liga Marketing's total liability arising from or related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Acceptable use

10. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, payment-processor failures, acts of government, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or labor disruptions.
13. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Liga Marketing regarding the Site and our digital products and supersede any prior agreements.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
